I combine the evidence based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and the 8 limbs of Yoga to provide individualized therapy. 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a type of counseling which examines the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By challenging negative or distorted thoughts about yourself, your past, and the world, you can begin to alter your feelings and behaviors. I will work with you to identify patterns and perceptions which could be holding you back from experiencing more fulfilling relationships, and a meaningful life that you love.  

Yoga is an ancient path to inner peace and calmness through life's challenges. By combining these two frameworks, along with a healthy dose of humor and compassion, I can be an ally and a coach to help you move in a new direction. I want to support people in developing the skills and knowledge that they need to become empowered happy beings. I want 
support you in re-connecting with your true self, before the world, trauma, and unhealthy patterns clouded your light.
